From your email we suspect that you may not know the Huntsville area well.
Assuming that you will be commuting to Redstone Arsenal or Research Park and a 20 - 30 minute commute will be acceptable, the properties at the link below may be candidates for you.
You can click on the photo on the listing for additional photos and on the address for a map of the approximate location of the property. On the map, you can click on hybrid for a satellite image overlay. In some cases there may also be an interactive street level image. You can click on the zip code to link to the US Census data for the zip code area.

Please let us know if we are on the right track with this search or if we need to make changes. We did increase the price range a little to account for negotiation.
We set up an automated search for properties that meet your search terms. If there is a new listing or a change to an existing listing that meets your criteria, you will receive an email. If you prefer not to receive the emails, just unsubscribe at the link at the bottom of each email. Please keep in mind that the automated searches will not be human filtered as the listings above were.
We thought you may have an interest in an excellent resource for researching schools http://www.schooldigger.com/go/AL/search.aspx .
Please let us know if you would like to schedule a showing or would like additional information on any property. We can research a properties listing history and provide a market value study based on recent sales of similar area homes. If you are not local we can preview properties and provide additional photography for you.
We always recommend that our clients have a professional home inspection including radon testing. We can recommend home inspectors who we have had positive experience with. If you need assistance in finding a trustworthy lender we can recommend those that have proven themselves in the care and service they have provided our past clients.
Thanks again for visiting our website and for your email.

Huntsville AL homes for sale verses Huntsville AL rental homes
Huntsville AL newcomer information.
My personal favorite area is northeast Madiosn County followed by the Hampton Cove area.
If you did decide to move forward with a purchase and wanted to keep your payments in the $1,800 - $2,000 range we should be looking for homes in the $280,000 to $290,000 range. The advantage to waiting to purchase is that you will have time to learn the area before committing to a purchase. The downside to waiting is that interest rates are trending higher and while the Huntsville real estate market is still soft, there are consistent signs that it is recovering. Home prices are starting to creep upward and days on market for sales becoming less. If the current trend continues it may be more expensive to purchase next year.
The second link below is to a sampling of available properties for sale in areas with schools that are already good or with schools that are average and trending towards improvement. The area just to the west of Redstone Arsenal is the fastest growing are of Huntsville. There is a lot of active construction and plans for future development including roads and shopping. A new middle school, Williams Middle was finished last year on the campus of Williams Elementary. Whole the elementary school has low rankings and the middle school has not yet been ranked, my expectation is that with the influx of higher income, engaged, tax paying parents the schools will improve. Given you are 4 - 5 years away from schools being an issue, this area might be an option for you.

Knowing the area your preferences and neighborhoods the following properties caught my eye. 105 RUSTY'S TERRACE , 111 OLD VININGS WAY, 112 GALT LANE , 106 BERRY HILL DRIVE, 207 TARA LEIGH DRIVE, 116 BRIDGE ARBOR LANE*, 128 MYKEYS WAY *, 121 GRANGER LANE *, 133 LULLWATER WAY *, 115 RIVER MEADOW WAY *, 108 WALNUT COVE (Williams Schools), 77 NUTCRACKER LANE (Williams school), 1 YOUPON DRIVE (Williams school),

New homes for sale in Huntsville Al
Apologies for the delay. I was out of the office a couple of days last week. The house you asked about is new construction that has only been underway for about 60 days. I have requested a floor plan from the builder and will go by to see how far along the interior is. If there has been enough progress inside I will get additional photos for you.
The link below is to the full listing. The following link is to the Google map of the approximate location of the house.

The link below is to other area four bedroom homes that might be candidates for you. Please let me know if we can provide additional information on any of these homes. Be sure to look at the homes in THE BRIDGES ON THE RIVER, one of may favorite area neighborhoods. The neighborhood is adjacent to the Flint River and there is a recreation area on the river adjacent to the ruins of an historic railroad bridge. It's a great place to relax, fish or let the kids wade. There is a clubhouse, pool and large playground. All of the neighbors I have met are very friendly.
