It's sometimes dry and tedious to go through the information but the payoff is being able to make informed decisions in critical transactions.

We can however go through our vetting process as an example of what research can do for us. In this case the research may have turned up other properties that are not listed that this owner may consider selling. As I mentioned in our conversation most choice multifamily properties are not found in the Huntsville MLS but are sold through word of mouth,
