On properties that allow pets they are accepted on a case-by case basis. Smaller and older pets are preferred. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Mastiffs are rarely accepted. The non-refundable pet fee is normally $200 for the first pet, $250 for the second pet and $300 for the third pet. In the case of larger and / or younger pets the fee may be increased.
We may have pending rental applications or leases on posted properties and will continue to market houses until we have a signed lease and security deposit. We can hold an available property for a maximum of two weeks with a signed lease and security deposit.
All of our homes are non-smoking. Smokers must only smoke out of the house only. Costs to remove smoke odor and staining can be substantial.

They then want you to send or wire them money for a security deposit and first month's rent. They promise to send the key. If you question why it has a real estate sign on it they will tell you that it hasn't sold and they have decided to rent it. They like to deal with you strictly through email.

• Never send money to someone. Make sure you meet them personally.
• If a property has a real estate sign on it contact the office/agent on the sign to see if it really for rent.
• Do not rent a place that you have not entered and seen inside. Owners are not going to send you to a property without them.
