Review of Huntsville homes for sale

I was able to preview Cameo this morning. It's a cute house on a great, wooded cul-de-sac lot that backs up to a little creek. With the exception of an old HVAC unit and a couple of other minor maintenance points, the house looks great.

I am really concerned about how small the second and third bedrooms are. Both are 11 x 10 and I think at least one is something other than a rectangle. The rooms are only suitable for a nursery / study. They really aren't large enough to be comfortably used as bedrooms.

The photo below shows the house is near but not in a flood zone. ( I have sold on this street before.)

Also there is some sort of cedar products woodworking plant across the creek and over the hill from the house. During business hours there is a low rumbling noise that you can hear from the back yard. It's not saws and it's not loud but it is constant.

In preparing for Saturday, I called the listing agent on the Kay Road house in Lacey's Spring. She said they were in the final stages of working out a contract and thought it would be sold within a day or so. It looks like this one is out of the running.
