From checking the Breland website I found two other communities in Hampton Cove but both have prices that start above the $160′s. You can see floor plans from the website at the link below.

They do have community in northeast Madison County where I live that has prices in the $150′s. I thought you may want to have a look at this neighborhood as well. I like the area because of the natural beauty, the good schools and that the area is growing.
