I’ve reviewed this home for another client who opted to pass on it. While itattractive it is located about 250 feet from I-65, a major traffic artery.While there are two other houses, two fences and a tree line between thehome and the interstate, there will be traffic noise outside the home. While this is a very attractivehome with desirable features, homes of this type are not selling in Athens.The house is probably priced well above what the market will bear and if youdid purchase the home, resale would be quite difficult given the currentmarket.
