Moving to Huntsville
The information at the link below may help as you start your property search as you plan on moving to Huntsville; http://www.huntsville-homes.com/AreyounewtoHuntsville The links below are to homes that may be candidates for you. Madison (Bob Jones High School or Patriot High School under construction ) ; http://nalmls.com/NALMLSReports/ListitLib/show_report.aspx?ID=7114717218 You can click on the photo on the listing for additional photos and on the address for a map of the approximate location of the property. On the map, you can click on hybrid for a satellite image overlay. In some cases there may also be an interactive street level image. You can click on the zip code to link to the US Census data for the zip code area. I did not include proposed construction homes but did include homes of all ages and both brick and frame homes. Please let me know if you have six to twelve months to have a home built or if I can filter the listings for newer or brick homes only. East and south Huntsville. While homes in this area will be near Randolph School, the commute to Country Day School may be difficult, especially during peak traffic. http://nalmls.com/NALMLSReports/ListitLib/show_report.aspx?ID=7114717235 Hampton Cove. This area of Huntsville has good schools, shopping and natural beauty. Commutes into Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal are generally modest although during rush hour traffic is heavy. The commute to Randolph School is easy but the commute to Country Day School will be a little difficult. http://nalmls.com/NALMLSReports/ListitLib/show_report.aspx?ID=7114717240 There is a fast growing area just to the west of Redstone Arsenal and east of Huntsville International Airport. While I expect the currently average schools to continue to improve at present I can't recommend them. The commute to both Randolph School and Country Day School would be difficult. While I didn't set up an automated search for this area, I did include a sampling of listings for your review. http://nalmls.com/NALMLSReports/ListitLib/show_report.aspx?ID=7114717247 My favorite area and where I live is northeast Madison County. Except for rush hour the commute to Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal is very fast. The schools are good, there is a natural beauty with lakes, rivers, mountains and open space. If we look for properties in northeast Madison County that are not too far out we can stay within your target 20 min. commute. The drive to Randolph School and Country Day School will however be a little difficult. http://nalmls.com/NALMLSReports/ListitLib/show_report.aspx?ID=7114717288 Please let us know if we are on the right track with this search or if we need to make changes. We did increase the price range a little to account for negotiation. We set up an automated search for properties that meet your search terms. If there is a new listing or a change to an existing listing that meets your criteria, you will receive an email. If you prefer not to receive the emails, just unsubscribe at the link at the bottom of each email. Please keep in mind that the automated searches will not be human filtered as the listings above were. We thought you may have an interest in an excellent resource for researching schools http://www.schooldigger.com/go/AL/search.aspx . Please let us know if you would like to schedule a showing or would like additional information on any property. We can research a properties listing history and provide a market value study based on recent sales of similar area homes. If you are not local we can preview properties and provide additional photography for you. We always recommend that our clients have a professional home inspection including radon testing. We can recommend home inspectors who we have had positive experience with. If you need assistance in finding a trustworthy lender we can recommend those that have proven themselves in the care and service they have provided our past clients. The following link is to testimonials of recent clients. The information may help you get to know us and the quality of our service as you begin your search for a new home. http://www.huntsville-homes.com/TESTIMONIALS
